My mission:
To reconnect you to your own innate healing wisdom — body, mind, and spirit.
To deepen your relationships with others by rekindling the experience of village.
To invite you into an expanded, reciprocal relationship with the living world.
PISGAH HERBALS — WEAVERVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA
Pisgah Herbals is my passion project, my spiritual path, my act of service — my contribution to make a world more whole than the one we inherited. I believe that greater vitality is possible for all of us, and that the plants, when we learn to listen, are among our most generous teachers.
WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS
For those navigating physical or emotional challenges — whether anxiety, disrupted sleep, hormonal shifts, or a general sense of being out of balance — one-on-one wellness consultations offer a spacious, unhurried opportunity to explore what your body may be communicating. Through a comprehensive conversation encompassing your health history, current concerns, nutritional patterns, lifestyle factors, and relevant lab work, we will craft a personalized wellness plan together. This plan may include nutritional guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and herbal and supplemental support tailored to your unique constitution and goals. Small, sustainable shifts have a way of adding up to something profound.
INTEGRATIVE ENERGETIC BODYWORK
Physical symptoms are often the body's way of speaking what the heart and spirit have not yet found words for. To address the emotional and energetic roots of imbalance, I offer integrative bodywork sessions drawing from Reiki, Therapeutic Energetic Awareness, medical qigong, and Mindful Awareness in Body-Oriented Therapy (MABT). This gentle yet powerful work supports the release of long-held patterns and invites greater harmony across all dimensions of your being. At times it is helpful to weave elements of this work into an herbalism session or as a separate service — if you are curious, please ask.
TEA GATHERINGS
Modern life was not designed for the kind of nourishment we most deeply need. In the rush and noise of contemporary living, genuine connection — with one another and with the natural world — has become increasingly rare. Tea Gatherings are an antidote to that loneliness: unhurried circles where like-minded souls come together to share authentic conversation and explore the medicinal wisdom held within a simple cup of tea. Come as you are. Leave feeling heard.
LAND HEALING JOURNEYS
For those called not only to receive from nature but to give back — to participate in her healing as she participates in ours — I offer occasional journeys to places in need of tending. These are collaborative pilgrimages, each person bringing their own unique gifts to the land. I will offer energetic work; you might bring poetry, movement, yoga, prayer, music, or simply the quiet medicine of your presence. In a group, our individual offerings are woven into something larger than any one of us could create alone. These journeys are for those who feel the land as a living being, and who are ready to show up for her.
Please note: Wendy Flynn is not a licensed medical professional. The services offered through Pisgah Herbals are intended to complement, not replace, the care of your qualified healthcare providers.

MY STORY
My name is Wendy Flynn — clinical herbalist, medicine maker, and gardener. My passion for herbal medicine grew directly from my own health journey. In my twenties and early thirties Icarried an extensive list of ailments: Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, GERD, seasonal allergies, constipation, severe PMS. Then came a rash on my face, serious digestive symptoms, and stress and anxiety levels I didn't know how to manage. Conventional medicine offered little relief.
A trusted friend referred me to a functional medicine herbalist who asked me to make real changes — to my diet, my daily rhythms, my relationship with stillness. It was hard at first. Then something shifted. The results were profound, and they changed the direction of my life. I am honored to now offer others what was once offered to me.
I am a graduate of the Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine, where I received extensive training in herbal energetics, traditional and eclectic herbalism, and the latest research-supported approaches to health — including interpretation of blood work from a functional medicine perspective. Before plants claimed my full attention, I worked as a mental health therapist, massage therapist, and Reiki practitioner. Those roots have never left me. I am endlessly fascinated with all dimensions of being human and hope to never stop learning how to facilitate greater health.

Services
Packages and payment plans are available.
Schedule online or text/email/call to do so in person.
Please note that I offer a sliding scale.
It is important to me that cost not stand between you and your wellbeing. I also believe that healers deserve to be fairly compensated for their work - sustainability and service are not opposites, they are partners.
For those navigating genuine financial hardship, I am happy to discuss a sliding scale rate. For those with the means to pay in full, know that doing so directly supports my ability to offer reduced rates to others in our community. This is how we support each other.
