Reclaim is a restorative formula for those running on nervous energy, holding tension in their neck and shoulders, cycling through racing thoughts, and feeling the strain of it all in their chest and heart. Skullcap forms the tonic backbone, slowly rebuilding nervous system resilience in those who are hypersensitive to stimulation and genuinely frayed at the edges. Wood betony grounds and anchors, settling the scattered, overactive mind back into the body and strengthening the connection between mental activity and gut instinct. Blue vervain cuts through the rigid, driven, effortful quality that keeps high-achieving, list-making people locked in tension they can't release on their own. Motherwort addresses the heart directly by calming palpitations, easing the nervous strain on the cardiovascular system, and cooling frazzled irritability. Lavender lifts and softens the anxious, worried quality that runs beneath it all, clearing mental noise and restoring a sense of ease. This formula works both immediately and cumulatively.

Ingredients: skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), wood betony (Stachys officinalis), blue vervain (Verbena hastata), motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), lavender (Lavandula officinalis), organic cane alcohol, and water.

Dosage: 2-4 ml 3x/day. Consistent use for 4-6 weeks yields best results.

Warnings: Not for use during pregnancy. Use cautiously with cardiac medications. Consult a qualified practitioner if you have liver disease.
