Cramp Relief is a powerful, fast-acting antispasmodic and analgesic blend formulated to relieve menstrual cramping, ease pelvic tension and low-back pain, and reduce inflammation. Black haw and cramp bark relax the uterine and pelvic smooth muscle, quieting the cramping and radiating low-back tension that characterizes difficult menstruation. Wild yam layers in additional antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory support with a particular affinity for ovarian and abdominal cramping. Jamaican dogwood brings additional antispasmodic and pain-relieving support to the formula. Ginger improves pelvic circulation, reduces prostaglandin-driven inflammation, and warms the cold, constricted quality that underlies so much menstrual pain. Turmeric provides broad anti-inflammatory support, targeting the inflammatory cascade at its root. Licorice harmonizes the formula and extends the anti-inflammatory action throughout. Start taking it one to two days before the expected onset of symptoms for best results.

Ingredients: black haw (Viburnum prunifolium), turmeric FE (Curcuma longa), wild yam (Dioscorea villosa), cramp bark (Viburnum opulus), ginger (Zingiber officinale), Jamaican dogwood (Piscidia piscipula), licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), organic cane alcohol, and water.

Dosage: 2-3ml 3x/day. Begin taking 1-2 days before expected onset for best results.

Warnings: Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Not for use during pregnancy. Not for use with low blood pressure. Not for use with sedative medications, benzodiazepines, opioids, or alcohol. Use cautiously with blood thinning medications. May worsen heavy menstrual bleeding. Consult a qualified practitioner before use if you have liver disease or impaired liver function. Jamaican dogwood brings additional antispasmodic and pain-relieving support to the formula; note that it may be sedating in sensitive individuals.
